Article 1: object

These terms and conditions govern the sales of Igloo by Dal-Air.

Article 2 – Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian currency (Dollar).
Residents of Quebec are subject to provincial and federal sales tax.
Residents of Canada are subject to the federal sales tax.

In case of order to a country other than Canada you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. Local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not belong to Igloo. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

Igloo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Igloo until full payment of the price.

Warning: as soon as you physically take possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.

Article 5 – Payment

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card thanks to the secure Paypal system.

The flow of the card is done at the time of the order. In case of split deliveries, unsent products will be refunded by Paypal to your confirmation email.

Article 6 – Availability

In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be refunded.

Article 7 – Delivery

The buyer is fully responsible for the cost of delivery. Igloo undertakes to pack professionally and with the utmost care the items sold.

The items will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.

Insurance and any other related costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Igloo assumes no responsibility for the performance of the delivery service.

We pack and mail items quickly and efficiently within 2 business days. Our responsibility ends when items are deposited.

In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated.

Igloo can not be held responsible for late delivery due to unavailability of the customer.

If you want, it will be our pleasure to send you your tracking number the same day the items are deposited with the carrier.

Article 8 – Return Policy

Each Igloo includes  a 30 day (after you receive it) money back guarantee!

We stand firmly behind Igloo products and only deliver what is best for your confort. This is why our quality standards and testing lab have been put in place to ensure we only produce and deliver the highest quality products. Therefore, if for any unexpected reasons a Igloo was found to be damaged or have initial material defects at time of purchase, it will be replace.

 You will be required to pay a shipping fee. To submit a refund claim, please send an email to info@igloo4travel.com and follow the Return Procedure.

Return Procedure :

We want to make your Igloo experience the most memorable ever. This is why your satisfaction is what is most important for us. If you are not satisfied with your Igloo item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges .In order to complete your exchange/refund, please fill in the ‘Information section’ below and email them to  info@igloo4travel.com .

Shipping Section

Pack item(s) in the original packaging (if available) including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product. Please make sure the package is secure so there are no risk of being damaged during shipping.

Remove or cover any previous shipping labels on the outside of the original box. This includes old addresses, labels, AWB, logos, etc.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email indicating whether or not your product fits the requirements for a refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange/refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Article 9 – Liability

The proposed products comply with the Canadian legislation in force. The responsibility of Igloo can not be held liable for failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.

In addition, Igloo can not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

Finally, Igloo’s liability can not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 10 – Applicable law in case of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to Canadian law. In the event of a dispute, Canadian courts will be the only ones competent.
